I figured this was a good time to jump in with my first post. I recently bought a 1993 LS400 as a second, run around town car and it has 211K plus on the odometer. Apart from cracked leather, an RPM gauge that works half the time and a few other very minor things - it's absolutely perfect. It's been meticulously maintained (I know that's an overused term but it's true.) The timing belt has been changed twice already along with a host of other things. Anyway, I've only had it three weeks and I absolutely love it. (I think maybe you can see the pic of it in my avatar.)

Default Lexus LS400 1998

Hi everyone. I've owned an LS400 1998 with 165K for about three months now and the best mileage received is 28.3 MPG (mostly highway miles).

That's the first 98 that I've seen with an antenna.

Hi.. I took the stock one to a guy in Sydney that makes sway bars, K-Mac.... and he just copied it
in 24mm solid..... bolted straight on.... it improved the cronic understeer, in the rain inparticular...

190,000 on my silver 91. Bought it from the one owner in 99 with 77,000. It was perfect then and perfect today. I replaced the radiator, control arms, climate control head unit, motor mnts, pr steering pump, pads and rotors several times, alternator, all shocks, t belt and all components, r134 conversion, rear cam plugs, many tranny flushes and tune parts. Im on my second set of sheep skins and just installed a slick wheelskin steering wheel cover. They are amazing for the little price. The wheel looks and feels like a new one. I love this car and will never part with it unless the unthinkable happens. I dont drive it in the snow.

My Lex just turned 245,000 miles on the odometer. Runs great. The LCD clock and temperature control displays are gone. I go from memory.
