Question Need Help With Rear Bushings (1992 LS400)

Hi, I'm new here. I recently just bought a 1992 LS400 that has been sitting in the garage since 2010. Currently, I'm looking for:
  • 4 x Upper Arm Bush (48725-50030)
  • 2 x Lower Arm Bush (48702-50020)
  • 4 x Rear Knuckle Bushings (Part No. Unsure)
Can someone point me in the right direction? I would like to order these online as I've asked the local workshops already (and the Toyota/Lexus Dealership). I've attached some photos to get the idea of what they look like.
I also don't mind alternatives to these (Polyurethane Bushings). But I just need help in finding the right ones as well as having the option to order these internationally.

On another note, I also need bump stoppers for my rear KYB shock absorbers that I just bought.
The workshop only has one piece atm lol. Is it possible to order different bump stoppers? Or does it have to be specific to the attached image below?

I've looked at eBay and wonder if these are the same Rear Knuckle Arm Bushings that I need? https://www.ebay.com/itm/292296494910

I bought that same Ebay kit for my 99' LS a few years back in 20' and the rear knuckle arm pivot bushings with the rubber boots ended up being short by a few mm compared to the OEM and I think the wrong bolt size, it wanted to use a larger/smaller diameter bolt (forgot which) than what was on the car.

Oh I see! Thanks for the reply. Thoughts on my UCA and LCA bushings? Do they look like they need to be replaced? Because I was thinking of skipping those for now and just get the knuckle bushings as they look really bad in condition.

Obviously, the best decision is to buy new ones but I can’t seem to find them online. Any alternatives to these? e.g. maybe a certain modern car bushings could fit?

These are the exact bushings I need. Can anyone identify what the part number is for the Knuckle Bushings? If I'm not mistaken, the one at the bottom is not the same as the one on the top right (But feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
