LS400 Front Passenger Window rolls down but not up
1994, Bought this car second hand knowing its issues and on the drive home, I rolled the windows down and the passenger side on the right did not want to come back up. secondary the powered locks do not work but im not too concerned about that at the moment, any suggestions?

Seriously though, I think there might be a problem in the master switch on the drivers door. You could take it out and try cleaning the contacts.

If both problems are happening on the passenger side I would start there at the problem, look for a signal at the window and lock motors/actuators. If you can find an electrical wiring schematic for those circuits break it down into blocks and check connectors back to the switches instead of poking a test light into the wires.
Toyota products have had problems with broken wires in the rubber looms between the body and the doors when cars get older.

I guess you didn't know all it's issues.
Seriously though, I think there might be a problem in the master switch on the drivers door. You could take it out and try cleaning the contacts.
