Question 97 LS400 parking brake cables

I bought a 97 LS400 about a month ago and it needed some work before it being road worthy.
  • I got a couple of AM-1988064278 rear struts
  • The rear antiroll bar from a 98 LS400, thankfully it came with all the additional hardware like the bushing and mounting brackets so it fitted no issues whatsoever despite it being thicker than the one in the 97. So I guess it could be called an upgrade.
  • Parking brake shoes
  • Driver's side downstream O2 sensor

All of that has been installed, but I'm still missing both parking brake cables.

These are the parts I need

I've been looking all around the internet, but I cant find the 46430-50030 cable (left side) OEM or aftermarket.
I was wondering if someone might know were to get those parts, if someone might have them that is willing to sell, or if there is a way to use two right cables instead.

The other question is has anyone tried to fit the cables from the 98
46420-40101 and 46430-40021 in a 97? I see no reason why they shouldn't fit as they are basically the same chassis (The 98 antiroll fits in a 97 so I'd assume more parts are interchangeable), but I could not find any information and the part suppliers just ask for the VIN and starlight say that the parts are not available. If anyone has tried please let me know.

Any information would be highly appreciated.

There are aftermarket parts available but I don't know these are quality parts or not.

I placed an order there and it got cancelled due to lack of availability. After some back and forward conversations, they claimed there is no stock in North America.
Thanks though

Guess I could send an Email and ask. Thanks for the info.
Have you bought from them before?

No, I haven't.
I make it a rule not to use aftermarket parts due to the quality and reliability issues but now some of genuine parts are begin to be discontinued and I have to start to use aftermarket ones. Generally speaking, aftermarket parts are cheaper and not very well made.

Rear Counter and Parts Voice show no cables (we already knew that). For $120 +shipping, I would take the gamble and buy cables for '98-'00 model.
