1996 LS400 cranking but not starting
Hey everyone i just joined the lexus club after many months of debate i finally got an LS400, i got it for 700 in the boonies haha. iIts not starting and was sitting for half a year, theres a new battery and the guy i bought it from said he did put the full tank of she needs some love... and a wash haha
gas in within 6 months. Tomorrow im having my friend send an updated video where he puts the car to start to see if i can hear anything from the fuel pump or relay. Any help would be appreciated! Im going on saturday to give it a nice clean and hopefully start it up!
theres a video attached of my friend tryna start it. and below is when i picked her up

Are you sure there's gas in it? The gauge shows empty. But then again, the whole dash goes out when he turns the key so I don't know. Doesn't sound like it's cranking with "a new battery". You sure it's only been sitting 6 months? That's a whole lotta deep leaves there, and that looks like at least a couple years of dirt from sitting.
When you go and try to start it you should bring a fully charged battery, and also a can of starting fluid to spray in the throttle body to see if it fires up.
