Default 2000 Lexus ls400 Tail Light bulb socket

Just got clears for my 00 Ls400...i need to find red LEDs to put in them...anyone have any bulbs they used or know the socket type?? The bulbs i bought for loose as heck. Thanks!

7443 for the dual low/high brake lights (you will need 6 bulbs total).
7440 for signals.

i highly recommend sylvania LEDs. though pricey they are the best performing ones out there. other non-name brands just don't compare!
zevo are lifetime warranty, but you can also get the regular LEDs from sylvania for the same performance w/o the warranty.


keep in mind if you run LED bulbs you will need a load equalizer or your dash will complain you have a brake lamp out!

shoot...those are the same bulbs i got:/ they fit in the wiring harness but don't fit right and end up falling out...maybe my harness plugs are worn out, idkkk!

ah no worries, common mistake between the two bulbs. take a pic of the tails when done! they will look fantastic i'm sure.

What is the best bulb to use for reverse lights for the clears, some sort of LED i assume. Thanks!
