Godspeed coilovers not low enough
Hey, I’m new here, just recently purchased a pretty nice 1997 ls400. It has just over 175k on it and I’ve decided to lower it. I went with these Godspeed ucf20 coilovers. So far I am very happy with them, they ride very nice for the price. However, I am max low on the rears and it isn’t quite low enough for my liking. The front coilovers are where I want them and can still go lower. I don’t know if there is any way to adjust my rear coilovers so it can go lower. I’m thinking I might unfortunately have to just raise the front, unless the preload could effect my ride hight or there is some other way to make them lower?

Your first mistake was purchasing Chinese brand junk coilovers like "Godspeed." Now, not all China/Taiwan coilovers are bad, just Godspeed in general have been known in the drifting community to be low-quality and require modification to match other coilovers.
Now, if you purchased quality coilovers that are known for going low, say- Japan-brand 326Power coilovers that are known for "going low" then your experience might be different. Other brands like BCRacing or Fortune Auto also sell versions of their coilovers that allow for a ridiculous height drop over stock. On my UCF20, I used FinalKonnexion and they go quite low. There is also such a thing as the old-school mounting-point adapter kit that is still sold today in Japan- meant for older strut designs. You might be able to squeeze 1" to 2" further drop on the rear with a "YouZealand" kit like this. But you have to order a set from Japan:
Also, just a friendly reminder the front ride height is usually 20-22mm higher on the front measurement compared to the rear, stock so adjust accordingly. You could make all four corners of the car match the ride-height "look" but it might start handling funny. Though this could be averted if you had purchased more modern coilover designs to begin with.

Thank you Tony, again I am new here and didn’t do as much research as I should’ve. However, the reviews I read about the coilovers seemed to be pretty good, especially considering the price. Since I have put them on, they actually ride really nice. I am content with how I set it up now. I might look into those bracket things you were talking about that have to be ordered from Japan. I originally assumed they would sit lower for some reason.

did you just install the coilovers out of the box, or did you adjust them prior to installation (which you should)? usually they ship the coils set to a pretty low setting to begin with so they fit in a smaller box, and you have to lengthen them to get a decent height.
