98 no crank no start

11 volts isn't enough. The battery should be at 12.6. No idea how Autozone gives a thumbs up for 11 volts. Charge it up until you get normal voltage or replace the battery.

yeah i was confused also, the dude said it looks good, paper he printed out said it needs a recharge but he didn’t offer to put it on the charger or anything. i’ll go back on my day off and ask them to recharge it.

Default Car is cranking

I FINALLY GOT THE CAR TO CRANK!!!! starter fuse was blown…

but it wasn’t a happy ending of course, once i tried to start it and there was this horrible grinding noise. has anyone heard this before? maybe some belt? i’m not entirely sure but i hope it’s nothing too serious. here’s the video to the sound.
