Default Coilovers - Riding them at normal/factory level height?

Thinking of getting out of this whole stance thing and returning the car to a comfortable riding, every day ride. The roads around here have made me determined to get a normal as possible car. Thing is, I've got fairly new coilovers, installed start of this year, and I was wondering should I just raise them up to a factory height and replace my 19" wheels with the factory 17" wheel set? Are there any benefit in having the coilovers instead of a new set of struts like the typical KYB set or OEM Sports shocks? Current spring rates are 14kg/mm front - 8kg/mm rear, I don't know much about dampening or what not with coilovers in general. I haven't adjusted the settings on them. My suspension is fairly new, a LOT of new front end components installed over a 2 year period. The car currently sits pretty low, rubs a lot on the inner fenders, and makes other weird suspension noises now.

Just raise it up a bit you don't have to go full high height. What brand? You can usually soften the damping too with the **** on the shock tower
