Default 2002 LS430 blowing the EFI fuse after starting

Hi All,
I need some help on this, My 2002 LS430 got water in the truck, by water I mean standing, up to the BCU on the left side. I had to use a wet dry vac to clear it. Initial issues were the fuel gage not working, fuel door popping open, one rear brake light on when it was turned off which drained the battery. I was able to drive it to work, where it stopped starting, It had blow the EFI no. 1. Since then I have cleaned it up the best I can, pretty sure I need to replace the BCU in the trunk. Was going to pull it and look it over at least. I replaced the EFI no. 1 fuse and can get it to start but it blows in a few seconds and dies. My question is, is the BCU the complete cause of this or could something else get damaged from this. thinking the fuel pump maybe? One weird thing to note, when the EFI No.1 fuse is pulled the radiator fans kick on, plug the fuse in and they stop, pull it and they start. Any help would be appreciated.
