The oxidized paint is going to hurt the value, sadly
There's not really enough to go off of with just the photos though. How many miles are on it? What's the condition of the interior? Any running issues, emissions problems, warning lights, leaks? Any driveability issues like suspension?
What options does the car have? Has the timing belt been done? Any maintenance history?
Based on one of your other posts, the car has over 200k miles. Considering that, the paint, and being in California where gas prices are high, my guess would be $4k-$5k range assuming most/all other items are ok
Granted, I'm saying this based off of a very brief review of the market for these cars in CA
If you're planning to keep this car and you're happy with it, I would say hold onto it and keep up with your maintenance until it doesn't make financial sense. Keep the paint waxed so the oxidation doesn't worsen, and keep enjoying the smooth ride
