Default Valve train cleaniness

Hello. New here. My LS has 180k KM and starts dripping oil through the valve cover gaskets. When I did the valve cover gaskets, I realized the passenger side is way cleaner (lighter color) than the driver side. Any idea if this is normal?

Normal. Driver side has PCV built into valve cover.

mine was the same way at approx 120k miles, one side almost spotless, the other side stained brown. I think it is the PVC recirculating gasses that cause this

Normal on pretty much all "V" engines.

My Honda 3.5 V6 in my 08 Ridgeline pretty much looked exactly the same way when I pulled the covers to adjust the valves. The PCV side was way darker.

Thanks everyone's comments. That's great to hear it's normal on V engines
