Default New LS430 in the family... new engine codes too

Just recently arrived in the driveway is a 2001 LS430 "base" model with 190,000 miles on it. The check engine light is on as well as the "VSC Off" light, and the red triangle exclamation point light (what is that called anyways?) The info screen says "Check VSC", and lastly it has a small exhaust leak. I pulled the codes with my OBD2 scanner and I get the following active codes:

P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0155 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

The previous owner said it used to have a bad exhaust leak and that he had part of the exhaust replaced/repaired. It's quiet at idle, but I can absolutely hear the sound of an exhaust leak under moderate to heavy throttle. I read that an exhaust leak can potentially cause P0430, and also that the VSC issues can be caused by an exhaust leak and/or O2 sensor problems. So all of this seems to be coming from the same area of exhaust/O2 sensors.

My questions are, is there another possible source for these issues since they seem to all be potentially related? And should I approach them in any specific order in case one is causing the other?

i do believe its possible for Exhaust ./ Emissions codes to throw the check VSC light in these cars. I would repair the exhaust leak / check the CATS & O2 sensors
