ML Satellite Radio - “ANTENNA “ message & no reception
2005 LS430 Mark Levinson - No
Satellite Radio reception, and
”ANTENNA” message on center
console screen.
AM/FM/CD/TAPE all work OK.
I installed a new antenna (it has the
green & yellow plugs).
Then, I installed a
replacement correct ML Tuner.
But,
the no Sat Radio problem still exists !
Could it be the Amplifier?
Does any Forum member know for sure?
I am reluctant to spend $ on an expensive
salvage Amp, unless I have a high
probability that it will get the Sat Radio back.
If you have had this exact problem, I would
like to know how you resolved it. Thanks

I have same problem for years. Sorry no answer. I assumed my issue was the antenna. However, I found that the dual-FAKRA antenna (yellow/green) is no longer made as of a few years ago, and even the adapter was unavaible. still might get a single-clip lead that will get it to work, but the "terrestrial" (green) input cannot be connected unless I find an old antenna.
In truth I have not tried, but where did you get the dual antenna? Are you sure it is correct? (If ao I might want to get one)
For reference: https://www.xm-radio-satellite.com/b...ore/siriusxmtm gives if on single-lead that is supposed to be almost as good. Of course it might not be the antenna...

I had the same issue with a my 2006. My solution was a Grom VLine 2 .... now I have Apple Car Play without changing out anything. The resolution on my old navigation screen is not up to today's standards but it works for me.
