No code no engine light but O2 sensor fail on Techstream
Hello LS430 lovers,
I am aware of a slight engine vibration and growing engine noise with higher gas milage recently. With the curiousity, I plugged my TechStream to read the fuel trim and tests. While no code is detected, O2 sensors failed the test. Both B1 and B2 downstream O2 sensors failed the 0.45V MOR test and Out Tilt test. While I have zero idea about what is 0.45V MOR and Out Tilt tests, Google search results no information. Second, I am unsure how much I should believe both sensors failed at the exact same 19.5s test value on the 0.45V MOR test. That's why I am posting my test result here and checking if you guys had the same experience on your O2 sensors? If I should be concern about the downstream O2 sensors faulty? Shall I have it replaced? The area I live in has difficulty to access with trusty and experience auto services. And I do not have a home garage to properly jack the LS430 replacing the O2 sensors myself unfortunately.
Regards,
Arron

An interesting read and probably relevant to your problem at about 1/3rd of the way down.
