Whirling Sound from Engine Bay

Whirling Sound from Engine Bay
Hi, I scanned the board but could not find a post similar to what I'm hearing from my 3UZ...
I have a 2006 LS430 with 130K miles. I hear this whirling sound from the engine, either hot or cold. I can't make heads or tails of it. I don't hear the noise in the car while driving, and when I rev the engine, it goes away from what I can tell. It's there with the AC on or off, so that's not it. When looking down at the engine, you can't really hear it, but when you get in front of the radiator, you can hear it.
The LS had 90K service before I purchased it back in 2021:
**Date:** April 20, 2021
**Mileage:** 93,886
**Service Center:** Lexus of Wilmington
**Services Completed:**
1. **90,000 Miles or 108 Months Service with Timing Belt and Water Pump Replacement**
- **Vehicle:** 2006 Lexus LS 430
- **Details:** Completed 90,000 miles or 108 months service including timing belt and water pump replacement.
2. **Additional Service Details:**
- **Tasks Performed:**
- Removed fan shroud
- Removed timing cover
- Drained coolant
- Replaced water pump
- Replaced timing belt and drive belts
- Replaced pulley
- Refilled with coolant and pressure-tested the system
Here is a link to a video of the noise. You will need to turn up your volume to hear it.
I would like the board's thoughts. Thanks!
