Default Cl converted into ul ??

Hello, I have a 2005 Lexus ls430 custom luxury and I’m wondering if it’s possible to convert my rear seats into ultra luxury seats? Is there anything required to have that the ul model has that the cl doesn’t come with already? Help would be very much appreciated thank you.

I own a CL (or maybe it's an ML, I forget the differences) and my friend owns a UL, both 2001. There are huge differences between the rear seats. In the UL the rear seats have power recline, power head rests and massage functions as well as a separate rear AC system. The UL has rear audio controls along with controls for the rear seats and rear AC in the rear center arm rest. My car has none of that. Picture below is of the UL rear arm rest controls to give you an idea. I haven't specifically looked into it, but the rear AC alone will make it impossible to have a fully functioning UL spec rear seat because the rear AC is an entirely separate AC system consisting of a second evaporator, expansion valve, blower motor, ducting and filtration system in the trunk of the car, not just air vents coming from the front. If you only wanted the power recline and massage functions, you may be able to get that working, but you'll also have a bunch of dead buttons in the rear arm rest for things that can't be added, like the AC.

Disclaimer: When I say "can't" and "impossible", I mean for those of us with standard amounts of money. If your budget has no limit then anything is possible. But... once you get into that kind of money, it would be cheaper to just sell the current car and buy a UL.

i would recommend buying a crashed UL car as a donor, because you are going to need a ton of wiring, ECUs, and of course the seats w/ the reclining mechanisms, etc.
