And also, greetings from an older, slammed downs LS430 in Wisconsin, and hopefully will be another inspiration...

Gewe your car is probably an insparation to alot of people, I am one of them. That car is just gorgeous and the rims and drop fit the car perfectly. Hopefully, in a couple years I would be able to save up and purchase a 2001 LS430, I am kinda enjoying not having a monthly payment right now with my old LS400.
When are you going to add the WALD kit?

Thanks for the compliment. Having an LS400 does not mean that you cannot modify it :P
If you like Wald-style rims, I believe there are some other Japanese brands that can be an alternative / substitute, say.. Work Euroline DH ? Work makes excellent rims.
About the kit... not sure yet. Both me and bro did not get approval from the "sponsor". My bro has decided that he will fund it himself. As for me... right now I got my thesis, job searching, and a wife asking for full attention... maybe in a half year time... we'll see.

Yeah, i really would love to mod my LS400 but, when I think of how much Im going to spend on it just to maintain and plus the mods...I can probably afford to purchase or at least put a decent down payment on an LS430! You know what I mean?!

Good luck on your thesis and hopefully the"sponsor" will okay the kit.

Inspiration or not, that is a nice looking vehicle! That pic really highlights the polished face of the wheel!

As Pagong said, good luck on everything in your personal life, as well as continuing your vehicular project!!
