Question satellite radio

I have a lexus 430 2004. Wanted to install a satellite radio in it. I believe the car has a ready hook up for it. Can I use my existing xm satellite receiver to connect to it or should I get a different account for it? Can I do it myself or it has to be dealership installed? Need help! thanks.

I'm also interested in this. In particular, I want to know if an aftermarket xm radio can be hardwired into the Mark Levinson stereo. I don't want to use an FM broadcast to tune it in. Also, will the nav screen display aftermarket xm radio info?
