Old and new.
And the red/clear tail on my old LS :P
What do you guys think ? They do have slightly amber hue to match the reversing / backing light on the trunk, and the real '04 taillights look brighter compared to this. Well, at least I don't have to pay premiums for swapping to '04.

The setup is of Fabulous (Japan). They are much cheaper than JP (about 1/2 the price of JP tails for GS). William (GS4Will) as usual helped me out in getting these tails. Turnaround time roughly about 1 month, from the day I ordered from Will until the item arrived. Not too bad.
Installation wasn't too bad; this is the first time I "wrecked" the car myself (usually I had someone else doing it for me), and it was fun. Quality is OK, not quite stock but close.
The amber color, unfortunately, is not because of the bulb. For some reason, '00 - '02 LS430 has a small clear yellow thingy for covering the bulb, as evident in the reversing light on the trunk (it is NOT clear white). Hence Fabulous made similar coloring for the turn signal. Even if I change the bulb to a clear / metal-sputtered one, it will not make the white part any whiter than this. Too bad
Anyway, here are some more pics in daylight. Thanks for the replies, guys. Oh, and thanks to GS4Will also.

its all good but what about the price and the contact info? I need those man! your rims make the car look executive. I cannot decide which rims to put on mine because I wont go past 18 inches. also you should really consider a tint on yours. I did mine and it looks even better not to mention it keeps the car cooler.

Great clear lenses. I want to do the same on my Silver 02 and think the 04 lenses will fit. This seems like the cheapest way @ $180 each, but I'm a little concerned the wire harness would also need to be replaced as the mounts for the sockets are made for the 04 LED bulbs. The turn signal bulbs on the 04 are coated yellow/gold and would create the egg yolk effect.
I tinted 50% and I'm very happy with it. Glad I didn't go 35% as planned. The 50% is about the same tint on the moonroof glass. Chrome exhaust tips on the back would also make your 430 and although I've done mine with APC LED exhaust tips(see pictures) - I'm not very happy with them and flames will come off with lots of SOS pad Still your LS430 is looking Good!

The more I see these 430's....
Did these take any moto-tool type mods to get them to fit? A couple thousandths to trim plastic or rubber seal no big deal. If bolt holes are off and they require enlarging the mounting holes on the body to bolt up, i start getting iffy.
How are these compared to the factory ones...obvious difference in quality?
