Navigation update for LS430

Navigation update for LS430
Hi Guys,
I went to the Lexus dealership today to have my 02' LS430 Navigation update, but with no success. They said my Navigation System won't accepted the new Disc. They tried two Disc and its still the same. So now i am stuck with the old version (2000). Anybody have any suggestion?
