oh yes!!!!!
I smell a project for my '01 LS430! since those fender ducts are a fender replacement, all I'll need now to convert the 01 to 04 is lights and hood (and of course the bumper replacement JP kit) let's see what I can do to get this project going. probably wont get started till nex year or so though.

sorry dude... didnt mean to jack the thread! but for the 04... I really like the JP. The wald is also beautiful... but I want a whole bumper replacement kit (even if i had an 04)
