Very common in FL, I have seen all sorts of cars customized that way, one the worst was the new JAGUAR XF, man that thing looked hideous.

need to place my 05 UL cream puff next to it, white pearl paint,, bet it would sell a lot quicker and if they could get $60K for it, bye bye,,
