For the 30,000 mile maintenence, my final tab was $194.00.... I told the dealer what I wanted done, according to the manual...Excluding the tranny & coolant flushes and not have the dealer replace the A/C filter...

I can tell the service supervisor was not happy his profit margin had been discovered.

I ended up saving a ton on refusing to have the flushes, which are not even recommended until the 60,000 mile maintenence...The A/C filter is a $40 part that is located litererally behind the glove box...The dealer charges $40 for the part and a whopping $75 to install it...Not sure how the dealer multiplies service hours Lexus technicians make by the amount of time (60seconds) to change out the A/C filter, for them to charge $75.... My calculator must work different...

The end result- I had the dealer replace the Brake fluid, oil change and replace the wipers....along with all the usual checks & inspections and it cost $194.00

A heck of alot better than $715.00 !!!!!!
