Default Horn Whimpy In Bitter Cold

Anyone else notice this? The horn sounds wimpy in bitter cold. As if something is not sounding right.

I used to live in the 'Burg and in those temperatures that you are having you would sound wimpy if someone tried to blow your horn. The horn is typically a diaphragm of sorts or an electical sending unit. The temp will impact it adversly. Wait until your weather clears up, maybe May or early June.
