Samsung Electronics Grants Top Executives Toyota Lexus Sedans
SEOUL, May 11 Asia Pulse - South Korean technology giant Samsung Electronics Co. (KSE:005930) granted its seven top executives Lexus LS430 sedans from Japan's Toyota Motor, the company said Wednesday.
The grants were part of a company-wide incentive package by Samsung Group Chairman Lee Kun-hee, who recently ordered the electronics giant to motivate its top executives in line with its status as a global company, it said.
The seven top executives include Lee Ki-tae, president of Samsung's handset business division, and Hwang Chang-kyu, president of its semiconductor business division.
So far, Samsung has offered Equus sedans from Hyundai Motor (KSE:005380) to top executives and Renault Samsung Motors SM7 sedans to senior vice presidents.

Since the first generation LS, I've always felt that Lexus has designed a very CEO 'boss' look automobile with their top model...I wonder what other CEO's drive the LS, I know the owners of Longo Lexus and Longo Toyota (the #1 dealer in the world), the Penske Group, all drive LS's.
