Default Client Vehicle: LS430 with 19" WORK RYVER DT3 Evo (no 56k-BIG PICS!)

Hey Guys,

I just figured I would share these pics of a 2002 LS430 that we did for one of our client's. The car is primarily driven by his wife, so 20" was out of the question. We considered 18", but deemed them to be a little to small to satisfy the aesthetic tastes of our client. In the end 19s with the "fat" tire setup won. I begged and pleaded, but lowering was not a option either.

I see alot of threads where people are condsidering 18s or 19s and no lowering, well here is a good, realistic example courtesy of D2-AUTOSPORT!

Let me know what you guys think

These are:

WORK RYVER DT3 EVO
METALLIC SILVER FACE / HI-POLISHED & CLEARCOATED LIP
19x8.5 FRONT (BBK clearance)
19x10 REAR (max lip)
245/40-19 front
275/35-19 rear

I like that style...on that car, it's more on the conservative side. To each their own...I'd have lowered it. My wife agrees that the cars look nicer with the fender well gap reduced. You can talk them into some Tein CS's and just give it a slight drop of 3/4-1".

My God, the gap is massive on a non sport LS430 ! They could have gotten away with tire size 245/45/19. Or at least 255/40/19. Those tires would have filled in the gaps and softened the ride more.

It looks real good with the new wheels...too bad they won't go for a little lowering...would drastically improve the car's appearance.

Yup D is the man.. The LS Looks great.. I'm a big fan of the LS because of its big luxury style like the GS. I think lowering is a must... IF your client reads this i was skepitical also about lowering... and i went straight to Teins and the ride is great plus the car would still be conservative for a female driver... Besides its nice to see a female in a slightly modded luxury car Good Luck

Even though I don't love the wheel design, I think it fits the car nicely especially for a woman driver. Also I think that the wheel gap looks fine, its okay to have a little wheel gap in a luxury car.

Ade, please dont put SSR GT3 on a LS, those wheels are just waaayyyyy too open for that luxury car!! I already PM'd you so just get back to me and we can go over some options.
