The "Replace A/C Filter" warning came on in my 2004 LS430, so I searched the internet for the correct replacement part. Both lexus-parts.com and irontoad.com/1800thompson.com list the replacement part as part number 87139-YZZ01, so I ordered that. Unfortunately when the part arrived it was clearly not the correct replacement part. Part 87139-YZZ01 will fit inside the cabin air filter holder, but it is significantly inferior to the cabin air filter that came with the car. For my car the correct replacement part appears to be part number R2060-111731 made by ACM in Germany for Lexus. R2060-111731 has approximately 75% more filter surface area than 87139-YZZ01 (roughly 70 folds vs. only 40 folds), and it has foam padding on the sides for a better fit.

Bottom line is: if you are replacing the cabin air filter on your LS430, don't get tricked into ordering the inferior Toyota part 87139-YZZ01 that so many internet vendors are peddling. Get the true OEM part number R2060-111731 which is only a little bit more expensive and a much much better cabin air filter.
