Need Help In Confirming Wheel Fitment!

I have a set of 19" x 8" wheel in 5 x 114.3 with 35mm offset.

Would they fit on my 06 LS430?

Anyone done it?

Those will work fine. A 40mm offset would stick out less and would be ideal..
