Nav update

My moms 2002 LS430 needs a navsystem update when we attemted to install the 2005 update it wont work has anyone else had this problem.

of course, coz' the 05 is 4th gen nav, completely different.... you need a nav upgrade dvd with part number that ends in 3x i believe
