i wouldnt even use touch-up paint for a scratch that big, i rather try to buff out the scratch first, but if you dont use the paint correctly, it WILL look horrible against the car, but try other alternatives besides paint,
touch-up paint is like for rock chips and crap really not for scratches, thats my two cents

Go to a reputable car dealer and see what company they subcontract the touch ups to . . . I use a company that does all luxury vehicles for the local market. Excellent job and they're cheap!!! Only cost me $80 to repaint the lower panel of the passenger door and it looks flawless.
Contact the company directly and they will tell you when and where to meet them since they typically use various dealer's facilities. You will have to leave the vehicle for at least 4 hours since they are under contract to do the dealers jobs and any left over time will be spent doing miscellaneous repaints, like yours.
Hope that helps!
