what's the difference between base and "ultra" version of 2001 ls430 ?

can anyone help me differentiating the difference with the base and the "ultra" version of the ls430 ?

I'm about to pick up a 01 ls430 and want to know if it's a ls430.

Now, please make sure you realize I am not an owner YET...but I am in the market and have been doing hours of reading. The Ultra package is everything that you can ever dream of and get. The Ultra package is always advertised as such, so if it was not stated, you can probably be assured it is not an Ultra package.

The ULTRA comes fully loaded with every option plus some that are only come standard with the ULTRA package. These include a different color wood( light gray and cherry brown) and rear massaging seats with a cooler in the rear by the center armrest.
