Default Check engine light.....code P0135....help

Pulled a P0135 code, does Lexus have their own code or are they generic?
Any one can shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance!

What is the fix?
Replacing the Heated Oxygen Sensor?
Where is the (Bank 1 Sensor 1) located at? How easy to replace?
How much is the sensor?
Part#?
Is it cheaper to get a Toyota part?

Thanks again for all your help!

i replaced a sensor on my GS300 before and the sensor is about 180.00 i think it was from lexus...plug/play... you need to have a special tool to remove the sensor from the piping and lift up the carpet since the connector is under it..but that was for a bank1 section 2...

yours maybe easier if it's just under the hood and not under the car.

Same issue it must be about time for these 1999 GS300 to break down with its Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit

Anyone has information on this issue please share.

Thank you!

Bank 1 Sensor 1 is located on the passenger side exhaust manifold.
