No, this is *not* to ask how to do this, it's about HOW to do this.


On Gen3 Nav systems (01/02/03), go to:

Options -> DVD ->

On the DVD info screen,

Touch upper left of screen
Touch lower left of screen
Touch upper left of screen
Touch lower left of screen

Then touch lower RIGHT of screen.

Diagnostic screen will appear, then press and HOLD the Override button
for approximately 5 seconds. T

Then select BACK.

Unfortunately, it'll only keep this setting until the car is turned off so you'll need to do this each time you start the car.

But the good news is that you can do this while you're moving so you don't have to stop and pull over to override the settings.

Just thought I'd pass that on.
