I was wondering if there way a way to make your Navigation in the LS430 from the 6.1 to upgrading it to the 7.1. I know that they make new NAV disks for all the new roads and POIs, but would you be able to upgrade the whole NAV to the current version that comes with all the LEXUSs. Just wondering.

I've been thinking of the same thing. I'm wondering if i can buy a '01 and upgrade the navi computer to a '04+ navi for many reasons. Including maps that would only be available to me through '04+ discs (international).

 

Yeah, I'm talking about the newest generation. I like the way the newest one looks because it doesn't look pixelized like the ones before it. Plus you get to pick if you want Gold or Blue . So, I was wondering if anyone tried to do that yet.
