Default Offset question!

I am looking into wheels.I have found some that are
Size (front) 19x8.5
Size (rear) 19x10
Condition New never been mounted
Finish Platinum Silver
Offset 35MM-F, 35MM-R
Bolt Pattern 5x114.3>
Includes Caps
Manufactured MODULARWHEELS

On ebay...Will these work??

They should work fine, just make sure that they have enough clearance inside for the brake calipers(the rims should be high disk).

19X10 +35 in the rear. Will that rub? I'm running 19x10 +40 and they almost hit the fenders.
