Is this a good price for an '01 430?

Here's an 01 430 that I'm probably going to buy:

Around 76k, and the asking price is $23,999. No warrantee, but it is a Lex.
Thoughts? I've been driving a 98 GS 300 for 5 years now and want something with some more engine behind it. I love the ride and comfort. Anything I should watch out for with the 01 430's?

I paid $27,400 for a 2001 LS 430 with 48,500 miles on it. It is the Ultra-Luxury package, but unfortunately, here in Canada, this year did not have the navigation system. The car is in mint shape, well looked after with full service done. I've had a couple of people ask me if it's a 2005 (because of the shape it's in).
This car is fantastic. (Not that this would be hard having moved up from a 1987 Mazda 626 I've owned since new!)

Here's the LS. This one included the 17" Chrome Wheels. Those are winter tires on it (they have about 2000 miles on them). I have to purchase new summer tires this spring.

Our cars just reek of CLASS! I cannot wait until Saturday, driving home to Ohio from Atlanta..!
The mod bug will once again bite, I can feel it already. I'm 33 years old, and to read all of the consumer reports "user reviews" they all seem to be from 60+ year old people. If loving this car in my early 30's is wrong I don't want to be right..

Interesting. Here is the "poop" from the 2001 LS 430 Specs:
---------------
LS 430 Premium Package includes: “Standard Features” plus Rain
Sensor Wipers, 17 inch wheels, 225/55R17 Dunlop performance
summer radials. Clearance and Back-up Sonar. Mark Levinson Audio,
9 speakers, 240-watt† with Radio Data System (RDS). Air
Suspension, laminated side glass, front seat heater and A/C, Laser
Cruise, Auto Door Closer, sunshade on rear doors, rear A/C with
climate control, rear power and heated seats and massage setting,
rear audio controls. (LS 430 Premium Package also available with 17
inch chrome wheels)
---------------
Now, I'll have to go measure them. I'll let you know what I find out.

02FXSTI - You have an EAGLE Eye! I just went and measured, and sure enough, they are 16", as you said. The tires are 225 60r16, so they definitely wouldn't fit 17" wheels! Now I'm wondering why the heck I thought they were 17" (apart from the spec sheet), and why they chrome wheels on it are only 16". Oh well, minor detail (in my mind). At least the summer tires I have to purchase for it (and winter wheels for next year) will be less expensive!
