I'm curious why so many people don't tint their LS430's? I could never drive a non-tinted car here in AZ...

gewe21 - Your car looked awesome! The wheels, the stance, everything about it was proper

pvo - Your car looks great...you ever decide on wheels yet?

I have amistad r wheels. It's winter here so I have stock wheels + some spacers on now. Have been struggling to determine if I should go full WALD KIT or just keep it that way.

Im in the same spot pvo LOL. But I emailed Derrick from D2 saying that you need just the rear and the skirts, and I need just the front lip. He'll get rid of the whole kit that way so it works for all three of us, just a thought tho. Anyway I think your ride looks great either way

Heres mine by the way

Here was mine when I still had the wheels and WALD kit on (currently FOR SALE/ check out LS430 Classifieds). Now it sits stock but I have forgotten how nice and quiet the LS430 rides in stock trim.

True. You have to be VERY careful when choosing wheels, suspension, and ESPECIALLY tires lest you destroy what the LS is best at -- amazing smooth and quiet ride. However, if you are really careful and picky, you can maintain most of the ride quailty, improve handling feel, and look good too (though the looks part is obviously in the eye of the beholder).

I'm shocked at how many people don't seem to mind if they completely destroy the comfort and quiet of their vehicle (LS or otherwise) with a noisy set of tires and goofy-big wheels. I was in a friend's MDX the other day. He had a set of cheapo 20s and they were so loud that we practically had to yell to communicate. Absurd. The equivalent to a woman stuffing her size 9 feet into size 6 shoes because she thinks she'll look better to everyone who doesn't know she's in awful pain. LOL
