Default Need to Adjust My Tein CS Coilovers

I have a 01 LS430 and just raise the car a little because I added wider tires in the rear. Now, it seems that the driver's side rear is stiffer than the passenger side rear. When I hit turns the tire rubs on the passenger side(turning left) but not on the driver side(turning right). Do I need to remove the rear seats to get at the top portion of the coilovers to adjust? Or did I need to remove much more than that?

I am going to adjust it this weekend. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
