118k on an 05
Just hit 118k in my 05, which I bought used with 57k miles. I put 30k/yr on my car. Nothing but routine maintenance so far. I hope to give it to my granddaughter when she goes off to college in 10 years.

2001 with 131K, bought used 10 months ago at 117K. 4th owner! Runs great, no issues so far. Decided to try an LS430 after talking with an Irish gent who told of driving an LS430 to 475K miles during it's employ in his car service business (with no engine or drivetrain issues).
Update 12/21/11: 139,000 miles today. Only problem so far was a broken inside driver's door handle, which I fixed myself last week by removing the inner door panel and carefully driving some screws through the panel into the handle. Worked like a charm.
Update 12/23/12: 150,000 miles today! Only new parts since last update are new EGR hose, valve, and grommet. What a great car.

Just bought a 2001 LS430UL with 56k miles. Had to replace some routine wear items when I got it (tires, break pads, filters, etc). The subwoofer was dead, too, so I got a new one and I am going to try and fix the old one.

165,000. '01 LS-430. Bought it four years old with 7,400 miles on it so I've put just under 160,000 on it myself. Other than scheduled maintenance, I've only replaced one seal.

Mines an 04 with just under 62k on it. Since I purchased it 3 years ago I'v only had 2 issues and both were covered under CPO warranty - Headlight Adjusters went, and a rear suspension issue that was discovered while being test driven after an oil change.
