UPDATE: 62K miles now (12/09) and no further problems except that I blew the subwoofer, but I take blame for that since I had it wide open for about an hour.

2003 with 52K miles. Only problem so far: exterior mirror control switch sometimes didn't want to work properly so it was replaced under warranty. After ownnig MBs and BMWs, it's nice to drive the car expecting NOT to have problems instead of always wondering when the next problem will show up.

Default did I get the only bad one?

2004 34400 miles. Total brake failure-defective master cylinder, repeated problems with rear window shade, bad module for driver side mirror, NAV that may be 20 miles off target intermittently

Just bought it today. 5500 miles on a 2005 LS 430 with Mark Levinson, xm Stereo radio, and NAV with Modern Luxury Package.

I keep going out into the garage just to check on it. I traded in a 1998 LS 400 that was by far my favorite car of all time.

I was so excited that a while ago I passed 22222.
Now I believe I have somewhere around 23000 miles, I'm doing about 1,000mi / month.

50mi a day, five days a week for sure.
That's 250 per week. That's 1000 per month.

Give or take a few miles here and there due to perhaps no school, or maybe a drive to Galveston. They cancel each other out. Works out well

It's a 2005 Ultra Luxury all black.
My first car was a 1994 LS400 and this LS430 brings back A LOT of memories

Lots of highschool firsts in a Lexus. First party, first highschool dance, first kiss, first ticket, etc,.

purchased 01 UL, 93K. Received full maintenance report from Lexus, no problems, just scheduled maint except for a left front wheel assembly clicking and previous owner put incorrect speed rated tires on. Changed assembly and all is well.

Beautiful car!

Is that interior black? Every day I fall more and more in love with the silver exterior!
