Finally hit 290K! Had one problem in the 20K miles since the last post and that was the alternator finally went bad, got the battery light that stayed on after starting it up one day. Replaced it myself, only took about an hour to change, quite a easy job really and she is back up and running! It looked like the original alternator as well, so lasting over 270K miles is VERY impressive. Still amazed at how smooth and quiet she is, even after all the miles. Definitely taking this car over 300K and beyond if I can.

My 03 UL now has 160K. Next items are timing belt + water pump replacement. Something that I will take it to the shop instead of DIY.

No major problem yet!

I wonder if anyone else on here has more miles on an 04+? I'm planning on driving this one to 200k+
2006 purchased in 2010 with 33K miles. As of 1-1-2023 131K miles. Best car ever. Just had the power tilt go out, power telescoping still works. Stuck in a reasonable spot so not sure I'll bother to have it fixed. Drives like new.

Default Whole lotta

Just hit 310k on my 2004 ML

Bought in 2010 with 80k for $15k

13 years and 230k later.. $0.06 per mile or $48 per month.

All I’ve ever done is change the timing belt and buy a new WP which was never actually switched out. (Still has original WP)

Infamous, is that still with the original tensioner and idlers? If so that is amazing.

has some quirks, will sort it out. Decent big body car built to last.
