Loaner cars-which one did u get?
I'm taking my car in for services this Friday and the dealer told me I will get a loaner car. They just couldn't tell me which car I will get or if it will have nav/ system or not.
I'm wondering, in this 2001-2006 LS forum, in the past, what did u guys get for loaner cars?

Here in Long Island, my dealer gives 07 RX350's & 07 ES 350's. No GS's and if a dealer in NY is giving a LS46 for a loaner, let me know. I'll create a problem to drive one of those for a day or two!!!!!!

Just had my wife's GX in for service and TSB repair. She got a '07 RX350 and couldn't wait to get her GX back. When my LS goes in, I'd like to drive the 460, but not sure they have those available for "loaner"!

I have an 2004 LS ultra and my dealer uses newer ES's, Toyota Camry's when the ES run out and they have a few BMW X3. I've tried them all and I now request the Camry. I don't fit well in the ES and can't see out of the windows without bending my neck. The BMW is loud and harsh and bounces over all the bumps. The camry with cloth seats and the 4 cyl engine makes me really appreciate the LS when I get it back

I've gotten almost all the Lexus model cars for loaners (as far as base models)
IS250, RX330, RX350, ES330, and ES350 to the best of my memory...
These were all the loaners they gave me w/my '06 GS...don't know what they will let me drive with my LS...

LS430 Driver's Seat!
Thanks for the replies. I got latest ES350 as the loaner car, no NAV. but has bluetooth, push-button start, keyless entry, and tiptronic. I love the bluetooth thing. Just enter the car and pick up calls never having to touch the cel. phone.
While the ES350 is quite an impressive daily driver (with a fair amount of power), but I still prefer rear-wheel drive feeling when I floor the gas pedal.
I did miss the nav. system dearly... And I missed the LS430 Driver's Seat! Somehow, it is much more comfortable than the ES330's... I was glad to get back into the LS, even though mine doesn't have bluetooth, push-button start, keyless entry or tiptronic transmission.

Had a loaner RX400h for several days the last time I took in my 2004 LS430. Very interesting vehicle, it took a little bit of getting used to. Normally get an RX330 for a loaner vehicle.
