Air suspension vs non air
All things considered equal, if there was an option for air in the ls 430(not just in the UL package), would you get the air ride or not? why? I am not concerned about maintenance issues, but more on ride, comfort, and a little pimp factor as this is not a sporty oriented car.
just want some feedback on whether you like your stock spring setup or air ride. I take it the air ride is not cost effective(if possible) to retro into a non air ride vehicle?

well if you took out the broken/expensive repair bills, I'm pretty sure everyone would have taken the air ride if it was the same price. Much more flexible in every concern.
but throw those expensive, undiagnosable (sp?) problems that everyone seems to have back into the mix.... I would buy an UL because of it.

I have an UL LS430 and I love the air suspension...can't beat the ride comfort and ability to adjust the height from slammed to the ground back to stock with a touch of a button.
If you're concerned about repairs, anything on a car will eventually need to get replaced due to wear and tear. Nothing will last forever. I say that if you can afford to pick up an LS430, then you shouldn't have too much trouble with repairs. IMO, I think that you'll be extremely happy with the air suspension.
