'01 UL ML Volume control issue
Wife called me today, told me the car was "possessed". I feared the worst, and she gave me a bit of relief when she said it was only the stereo. '01 UL with ML, listening to the radio, she had no control over the volume, using the **** or the steering wheel controls.

His issue was a blown ML amplifier. Greatness. I think most of the small issues with my LS revolve around the trunk area. The dealership replaced my ML subwoofer before I took delivery, but didn't hook it up properly. They found a wiring issue, rewired the back end of the car (stereo/nav I guess.) I pick up the car, discover the Nav system is no longer listening to my voice commands. Next day, the rear window shade starts binding up and the shade fabric pulls loose.
The week before my daughter was born in April, I had the car washed and talked to my Service Rep and she said for me to make a list since I couldn't leave the car until after Aidyn's birth. I'm glad the dealer takes care of me, it's just frustrating that the issue seems to be compounding itself.
Any tips or hints on the stereo issue?

Update
Hopped in the car this morning, turned on the stereo, and all was well in the world..
Thankfully with the new baby, excessive volume won't be a problem, so if it is the amp, I'll nurse it a bit..
