DIY Tip for Chrome Grill?
Howdy,
On the GS forum, there was some tip on how to chrome the front grill. I wondered if anyone has done something similar on the LS430? I thought I saw one the other day while I was driving and it had a chrome grill, not the darker black look it has today.

I chromed my GS300 stock grill using paint stripper on Q-Tips. Just apply to the front portion of the grill and wait about a minuite oro so and use fine steel wool to remove the paint to reveal the chrome. Rinsing with water once completed. Make sure you don't get the stuff on your hands as it is strong stuff.
I don't know if the LS430's grill has chrome under the back paint and might have seen a post from someone else the NO CHROME is under the black paint. Don't try it unless you are sure. I am wondering also. DanozLS430....
