Here's what I have on my LS now:
1 SET MRR HR2 – 18x9”, TITAINIUM FINISH 699.00 699.00
1SET TOYO PROXES 4 – 245/45-18 699.00 699.00
1 SKU MOUNT / HIGHSPEED BALANCE / HARDWARE KIT 80.00 80.00

As discussed above, these set out too far (beyond the wheel well) with the NECESSARY 5MM spacer required to clear the front caliper. I had to add 5MM's in the back as well to make them look right. That caused the back wheels to rub the wells when loaded down, going over road swells (at hwy speed).

I would steer clear of this set-up. Great looking wheels, but you just won't be happy. MHO.

I believe the 20's will clear the calipers without the need for a spacer. Do you know what your offsets are? Got any pics?

Here's my set up with the 18's described above. I don't know the offset's, but MRR's come with a standard offset (I believe). I also don't think a generalized statement that "20's will clear the calipers" is incorrect.

Thanks for the pics. I do see they are sticking out too much. I believe your offset is 35mm. The HR2 20" wheels are supposed to clear without a spacer, at least thats according to retailers.

So if his offset is +35mm and with a 5mm spacer to clear the BBK as stated and 5 mm added to rear as well, these are pictures of wheels with offset of +30mm front and rear.
I think you can go with +40mm offset without worrying about fenderlips...maybe even +35mm with some alignment work...

Ok they will be here thursday and i will get pics up right away but untill then they are 18 by 7.5 inch rims with 245/45/R18 Tires. And a +36mm offset and the stock 18 by 7.5 inch rims that come with the 06 UL are a +42mm offset. Will they sit inside the fender more or be pushed outside the fener and am i even going to notice a 6mm difference?

Once you drive around a bit, let us know if you notice any changes in driving dynamics.

They will be push out by 6mm and you won't notice any diffference. Here http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp you can calculate your offset for yourself.

I've read on one of the threads that a member had purchased wheels for the car and sold it after a short time as it threw off the "feel" of the car as the offset was too far off. That would be why you would'nt want to just put any wheels on the car that fits the bolt pattern and then put spacers one to clear the brakes. I'm guessing your fitments is pretty close to factory.

It's only a 6mm difference with the spacers and thats pretty much as close as you can get without spending $2,000

BTW, the OEM rims on the LS are a 45mm offset. I just read the inside of my wheel and also found a rim off of a 05 that lists 45mm on the inside.
