PIAA LED's in 9005 as DRL's?
I've been wondering about this application. I've seen a Japanese version of this PIAA Tera LED's for 9005 and 9006 and wanted to know if they would be illuminated as DRL's. I know the factory DRL's are basically the high beams set to low wattage and I would just assume that it's still enough to light an LED. I've already switched out the 9005's to PIAA Extreme White's to no avail, still very ugly, not even yellow, still looks like that plastic Eveready 2 D cell flashlight I grew up with as a kid. I already did a search but couldn't find anything relevant, I figured alot of you guys might want to get rid of those nasty DRL's too.

Nope, no bumper removal necessary. Keep in mind that I have a 2004 model and have projector HID's as my headlights, the only bulbs I changed were the 9005 high beams and 9006 fogs.

I know it's been a while, but did you take the entire headlight out to replace the parking light bulb? Mine just went out and I tried unsuccessfully today. What about the passenger's side? Anything would help. Thanks!
