Default Expected Repairs 50,000 to 100,000 2004 LS

I will soon be at about 50,000 miles as my 4 year warranty expires on my (bot new) 2004 LS430 with ML. What can I expect over the next 2-3 years (12-15K/year) in the way of major repairs not covered by warranty?

are these items you guys generally do just to do, or wait till you have issues. I realize the Timing Belt, hoses and belts are a good idea (and water pump due to ease). Plugs are a good idea. Tranny fluid is suppose to never be changed if I remember a post I read (but some felt it a good idea), Coolant Flush (is this recommended by Lexus), 02 sensor? Strut Seals? Can you go into a little more detail on these?
