So how would those of you that have driven in all three, or the GS and one of the LS's compare the rides.

How does the GS 430 compare to the LS Sport in handling? In ride comfort?
Road noise? The regular LS?

I would look at it this way on a scale of 1-10

LS Ride Comfort: 10
GS Ride Comfort: 8.5

LS Sport Handling: 7
GS Handling: 8

LS Road Noise: (1 being the loudest and 10 being the quietest): 10
GS Road Noise: 8.5

I would agree with that assessment. While I dont own a sport suspension LS, I do own a GS, and think the LS rides much better, Even handles better then the GS in sport mode (I have air suspension).

Its MUCH quieter (laminated glass), and smoother.

I test drove a GS, an LS and I bought a 2004 LS Sport (when new).

That tells you how I prioritize these characteristics when buying - i.e. I am willing to sacrifice a little soft ride for better handling.

Here are my numbers:-

LS Ride Comfort: 9
LS Euro Comfort: 8
GS Ride Comfort: 8

LS Handling: 6
LS Euro Handling: 7
GS Handling: 7

LS Road Noise: 8
LS Euro Noise: 8 (depends heavily on tire make)
GS Road Noise: 8
